12g olive oil
300g mixed nuts
320g vegetable stock
1g mixed herbs
1g salt/black pepper
- Make breadcrumbs from slices of bread in a food processor keeping some breadcrumbs separate to use as a topping.
- Break down mixed nuts also in food processor.
- Fry the onions in olive oil before adding to a large mixing bowl.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to the bowl and mix thoroughly.
- Divide the mix into 300g tins and top with breadcrumbs.
