Vegetarian Paella

 

(Make yourself a large bowl of sunshine rice)

Ingredients

 

Spanish paella rice, sun dried tomato, Organic vegetable bouillon (salt, carrot, leek, potato, bouillon spice (celery salt*, savory, garlic, salt, parsley, turmeric, black pepper, thyme, sage, marjoram), cumin), tomato powder, defatted Soya flour, mixed mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, porcini), dried carrot flakes, dehydrated onions, dried red/green bell peppers, turmeric, paprika, Herbs (bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, marjoram, oregano, basil)
 
Cooking instructions

 

Gently heat a little oil or butter in a frying pan then add the paella and stir in for 1 minute, add 1 pt of boiling water.

Reduce the heat to low no more than number 2 and cover with a tight fitting lid then simmer for 15 minutes, try not to open the lid more than a couple of times to stir during this time as there will be a loss of moisture.

After 15 minutes take paella off the heat and rest for 5 minutes with the lid on until the rice has absorbed the remainder of the water.
