RISOTTO 

 

Creamy Arborio rice with a subtle blend of mushrooms and herbs.

INGREDIENTS
 

Arborio rice, Organic vegetable bouillon (salt, carrot, leek, potato, bouillon spice (celery salt*, savory, garlic, salt, parsley, turmeric, black pepper, thyme, sage, marjoram), garlic), dried mushrooms (shiitake, oyster, porcini) 2%, dehydrated onions, dried red and green peppers, Herbs (bay leaves, rosemary, thyme, sage, parsley, marjoram, oregano, basil)

may contain traces of nuts

 

Free from preservatives, artificial flavours and colouring

COOKING INSTRUCTIONS

 

Add the risotto to a frying pan with a little olive oil and heat gently until the rice becomes
semi transparent.

Add 1 pt of boiling water to the pan, cover with a tight fitting lid and reduce the heat to low no more than number 2 and simmer for 15 minutes, try not to open the lid more than 2 times to stir as there will be a loss of moisture. After 15 minutes remove the risotto from the heat and leave to rest with the lid on for 5 minutes until rice has absorbed all the water.
