If you are unhappy with our products or the products are damaged on arrival please follow the steps below.
- All complaints should be made in writting to the address on the contact us page explaining the nature of your complaint.
- If the product is defective in any way please also return to the same address and a full refund including postage will be made to you.
- Please make sure returned products are complete with labels included and also information on where you purchased your V Cuisine product.
We will make sure a full refund in given to you within 28days of receiving your returned product.
You have the right to cancle your order but all goods purchased must be returned if you wish to cancle after your items have been sent.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
